Novo staff live and serve in over 90 nations around the world—working to launch, grow, and multiply movements of committed followers of Jesus.
Our staff serve on teams which are gathered into collectives, where they minister with others who have a similar vision and ministry function. Novo is divided into three ministry collectives—ChurchNEXT, Ethne, and InnerCHANGE.
ChurchNEXT teams mobilize existing churches to live on mission, pioneer new expressions of church, and address the soul and sustainability of leaders at the center of it all. ChurchNEXT is called beyond the familiar to shape the church and her leaders to reach the world of tomorrow.

Ethne teams live and serve among particular people groups and places, usually cross-culturally, in order to make disciples and develop indigenous leaders. They work in over 55 nations around the world.
InnerCHANGE teams minister among the poor and marginalized. They draw from the inspiration of classic orders within the historical church by holding to rhythms of covenanted community life and prayer.

In some cases, Novo staff commit significant time and energy to organization-wide projects. These cross-collective efforts are called global initiatives. Presently, Novo has two such initiatives—Prime and SentWell.
Prime is focused on prayer that launches and sustains movements. It is comprised of five teams, each representing an expression of movemental prayer—Strategic, Healing, Worship, Intercession, and Prophetic. These teams partner with Novo staff to capture God’s heart for our regions and prepare the way for gospel movements.
Keeping missionaries on the field is crucial to the advancement of God's kingdom. SentWell was created to more effectively and intentionally develop and care for Novo's greatest resource—our staff. SentWell works to ensure that all our staff experience spiritual vitality, healthy and balanced lives, and personal and professional development.
Rather than forming a multinational corporation, Novo embraces a global ministry model consisting of international partnerships with nationally-based organizations who share our vision, mission, and values. These entities are stewarded by national leaders, and we relate to one another on a relational, fraternal basis. We call this network CoNext.
